On Wednesday Carrie attended the 2012 CMT Music Awards with husband Mike Fisher. She performed Good Girl. Congratulations are also in order, she won Video of The Year for the third straight year for Good Girl and Collaborative Video Of The Year for Remind Me with Brad Paisley.

Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Brad Paisley and the Zac Brown Band are the first performers announced to play the 2012 CMT Music Awards.

Underwood is this year’s leading nominee with five nods, followed by Miranda Lambert with four.

Several artists earned three nominations: Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Thompson Square and The Civil Wars.

Fans can vote now through June 4 to determine the winners online at CMT.com.

The 11th annual awards show will air live June 6 from Nashville on CMT.
